He listens to our concerns, asks good questions, and has always given us helpful information and options on ways we can proceed. We have two dogs that have had multiple health issues and Dr. Peuser has been excellent about explaining costs of treatments and making sure we have all the information before making a decision. All staff at the office have been wonderful – always polite and willing to help. Angie has been exceptionally friendly and helpful and always greets us with a warm smile and “hello” and, remarkably, remembers our pets and their names/health issues/etc. All of the staff treat our animals with kindness and compassion.
