When one of the assistants came into the room to have us sign the form, she spoke to us first, gave us her sympathies and took time to pet and play with Dakota first. How caring a gesture this was!
When the vet and another assistant came in to give her the injection, they both spent time with us, and petted Dakota, too, before proceeding. How thoughtful in your hectic schedule. Then being able to spend time with Dakota after the procedure without being rushed to leave and being offered to exit out the side door was another special touch. We can’t say enough about everything you’ve done. Wow! We are so pleased with your services, will recommend you to everyone and will definitely use you in the future if wounds heal enough for another pet!”

“I have been very happy with the customer service. I have mostly dealt with Dr. Matt Peuser. Dr. Peuser has been great. He is always polite, patient and very thorough. He listens to our concerns, asks good questions, and has always given us helpful information and options on ways we can proceed. We have two dogs that have had multiple health issues and Dr. Peuser has been excellent about explaining costs of treatments and making sure we have all the information before making a decision. All staff at the office have been wonderful – always polite and willing to help. Angie has been exceptionally friendly and helpful and always greets us with a warm smile and “hello” and, remarkably, remembers our pets and their names/health issues/etc. All of the staff treat our animals with kindness and compassion. My dog passed away a few years ago but I always asked for test to see where she was with her health even though she was almost 17 I asked for blood test and so forth without anyone pushing it on me. they even let me come into the sonogram to watch and explain things to me as I saw it.”
